    lib/agsxmpp: update to latest version for starksoftproxy clone fix
    
    GitHub killed the git protocol, so cloning smuxi recursively failed as the
    starksoftproxy submodule used by agsxmpp referenced git://
    
    The updated version uses the same protocol as a relative URL which should be
    more reliable in general.
