data: Show the app in KDE
File-Roller is no longer part of GNOME core so it should not be installed with GNOME.
If anyone explicitly installs it, they presumably want it, so it does not make sense to hide it on KDE.
If some distro still installs it implicitly with GNOME, they can always patch the NotShowIn line back in.
