Could be because of that. I am not able to reproduce it on my machine. Can you
do two things ?
1) In beagled/FileSystemQueryable/FileSystemQueryable.cs, there is a line
saying
static public new bool Debug = false;
Change that to "= true;"
2) Send me ~/.beagle/Indexes/FileSystemIndex/FileAttributesStore.db
OR
For any file foo.bar in /home/double/projects/pdouble/bible/commentary/de
if you have sqlite3, send me the output of
select * from file_attributes where filename="foo.bar";
and
stat /home/double/projects/pdouble/bible/commentary/de/foo.bar
