Hi
I checked in some code in CVS to index removable drives. Its in a
different branch and will be merged to HEAD sometime in the future. If
you want to test it, checkout the beagle-cutting-edge branch.
But I was wondering if there is some way we could index audio cds.
The difference between audio cd and a removable data storage device is
how to read data from audio cd ? I dont own any audio cd and never
dealt with them, but I think they are not mounted as a filesystem
where we can browse the contained music files. Does anyone here know
how an userspace program can extract music data like CD name, track
data from an audio CD ? I know there are program which do that - but I
would like to skip the hassle of reading their source code if someone
here already has some C# code to do the same.
Thanks,
- dBera
