As long as SharpZLib processes those archive formats, you can use 
FilterArchive. It will require adding the mimetype and some code changes to 
use the right method to extract the included files.

You can also use external-filters (see http://beagle-project.org for 
information) if you can live with searches returning the archive if any 
included file contains the query text (i.e. you will lose the ability to 
search metadata of the included files and knowing which included file matched 
the query).
