Alright. Move made and announced. I’ll email a few distributor maintainers and lists to let them know about the tarball location move.

So that would mean we prefer LP's translations and bugs. But I do still prefer GNOME gitlab's code experience, automatic tarballs, and CI integrations / devops. And I like the idea of slowly inching closer to GNOME.

I'm still experimenting with possible setups.
