If I understand it correctly it basically remembers what the user typed
in and activated afterwards each time. Therefore, it can guess what the
user wants to do most likely.
I think it's not possible to implement such feature as a module only.
Obviously, you need to modify the core to get and store the required
information. However, the history module is already very close to the
"Top Hit" module. It's only finite and doesn't count how often something
has been activated. Would be a nice feature for 2.24 , though.
