Logout Dialog and keyboard behavior

When the logout dialog comes up and the enter key is pressed the
logout is canceled.IMHO this is STUPID STUPID STUPID. If someone has a
good reason for this please let me know otherwise ill submit a report if
there is not one all ready.

Enter key should be YES (i want to blow up my computer)
ESC key should be NO (i do not want to blow up my computer)
