anonymous cvs servers

Hi,
I submitted a panel patch last week and George applied it a few days
ago. However, when I checkout or update gnome-panel from
anoncvs4.gnome.org my patch still isn't included. In fact, the last
ChangeLog entry is from April 22nd!
So my question is, are the anonymous servers out of sync for some
reason?
