gkrellm needs to set the _NET_WM_STATE_SKIP_TASKBAR hint, or set the
_NET_WM_WINDOW_TYPE_DOCK semantic type, or probably both. If it does
one of those, then the tasklist is broken. If it doesn't, then gkrellm
is broken.
