[ORBit2|libgtop]Problems with vicious-buildscripts and make distclean



Hi,


I'm trying to rebuild some some gnome-packages(last built pre alpha 1).

But, annoyingly, it fails in some modules while "make distclean" which seems 
very odd to me.

Although this is not really a big problem, it is annoying that it doesn't 
work, and i have to cvs checkout the whole module again.

This happend to me today on the packages ORBit2 and libgtop. I attached the 
output of the last as example.
