gnome-cd with cddb

Hi,
   I am trying to run gnome-cd with cddb support.
I have put  GNOME_Media_CDDBSlave2.server in the
../bonobo/servers/ directory. The schemas are installed
in the /.gconf/schemas/apps/gnome-cd

After this when I run gnome-cd, cddb-slave2 crashes due
to some inappropriate string length returned in
bonobo_main(). I also get the following message 

Gnome_WARNING **: invalid gnome config path '=/section/key'

Is there some problem in my setup or
is it a valid bug which any one of you have experienced
