gnome-utils 1.97.0

So a new release of gnome-utils is in the pre-gnome2 directory of
ftp.gnome.org. Special thanks go Bastien Nocera for doing most of the
initial porting and build preparation.

Here's what's new:

gcalc: 
* tooltips for buttons and make the digits display accessible (Markus
Bertheau)

gcharmap:
* rename to "Character Map" (Seth Nickell)

gdict: 
* Rename to "Dictionary" (Seth)
* Improved error messages. 
* Remove unneccessary tooltip for the definition display
* Small usability improvements. 
* Use new text widget for display. 
* Don't exit on startup if server can't be contacted.
* Port prefs dialog to GtkDialog and use GtkTreeView instead of GtkClist
* Port prefs to gconf with notification

gdict-applet:
* Look up text from PRIMARY clipboard - highlight words anywhere and the
applet will look it up. No need to copy and paste words.

gfloppy:
* accessibility fixes (Bill Haneman, Jonathan)
* port dialogs from GnomeDialog to GtkDialog (Jonathan)

logview:
* Remove the configure.in checks for logfile directories so users can
build gnome-utils if they don't have those directories

meat-grinder:
* compile without deprecated functions (Josh Barrow, George)
* improve .desktop description (Seth)

gsearchtool:
* rename to "Search Tool" (Seth)
