Breaking gnome 2.0 alpha builds (libgnomeui, libgtkhtml, at-spi)

So far i've been making some decent progress with the gnome 2.0 (pre) 
alpha builds. However a few major build breaks still exist:

libgnomeui 1.109.0 : Missing copyright.txt

libgtkhtml-1.99.2: Fails to compile, output:
