They should be in sentence caps... so in this case, if "Reversi" is a
proper noun (is it? I supsect not) it should have a capital, otherwise
it shouldn't. But see comment below...

Well, actually we've been trying to drop the word "GNOME" from GNOME
menu entries and tooltips anyway, where possible... if you did that it
would also solve the capitalization problem as "Reversi" would be the
first word in the sentence so it would need a capital letter :)
