Small "oops" in libgnomeui

Just discovered this little error in libgnomeui...

We declare gnome_druid_page_standard_construct() (in
libgnomeui/gnome-druid-page-standard.h), but it is never defined.

It used to be for language bindings, but they should be doing things in
a more GOBject-like fashion now (and they can't possible be using it --
what with there being no definition and all).

Not sure what can be done about this at the eleventh hour, but now it's
on record.
