It works just fine for me; I literally could not do my work without the
smart toolbar. What is the problem, and has a bug been filed about it?
If 1.4 apps are not working under 2.0, that's an absolute and utter
showstopper. We _cannot_ ship 2.0 if it seriously breaks 1.4 apps.
