Gnome2 TODO page

I have a quick question about: http://developer.gnome.org/dotplan/todos/

browsing thru that list, i see a few items are already 'done', where as 
some new todo's don't seem to be included (and forinstance doesnt 
reflect the split gnome-core) . Is anyone still maintaining and/or using 
this or has it become abandonware?
