panel gconf changes

Hey,
	Persuant to Havoc's nagging I've changed all the gconf keys the
panel uses to use underscore instead of hyphen .. apparently its an
aribtrary convention :-)

	So this has broken your panel setup. You're going to need to
blow away all the old schemas and install the new ones, and then blow
away your own panel config e.g.

rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/panel
rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/fish-applet
rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/pager-applet
rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/tasklist-applet
rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/clock-applet
rm -rf $(prefix)/etc/gconf/gconf.xml.defaults/schemas/apps/mailcheck-applet
rm -rf ~/.gconf/apps/panel
make install
