The default focus padding is zero pixels, and the default line thickness
is one pixel.  So for the default case we are talking about only a "2
pixel gap".  For large-print themes the focus padding is still only "0"
so I think it's only a "4 pixel gap" in that case; I am assuming a
constant 1-pixel gap between the panel edge and the focus line.  The
"focus-padding" GtkStyle attribute refers to the number of pixels
between an object and an "exterior" focus line around it, thus the
"focus-padding" would probably be appropriate for use here.
