There are some initial descriptions of nautilus keynav in 
nautilus/docs/key_mouse_navigation.txt. However, tab on the desktop is 
sort of worthless. It navigates in the order of the internal list of 
icons. For sorted views this means in order, but for manual layout views 
(such as the desktop) it's essentially random.
