I'm gonna have to agree with michael, I think. My concerns for the
toolbars are solely for the visible differences for the time being.
Ideally, we should only have one toolbar widget anyway... now we have
4 or 5, I don't remember. I don't have the patience, or much a11y
knowledge, to do this, I think. It would be nice to have the Toolbar
behave properly though.
