VTE 0.10.10

Trying to build the new vte tarball and I can't seem to without having
pygtk installed? There seems to be a configure check for it... which
apparently does nothing, and there is no --disable-python option.

vtemodule.c:24: Python.h: No such file or directory
vtemodule.c:25: pygobject.h: No such file or directory
vtemodule.c:26: pygtk/pygtk.h: No such file or directory
