Hi everyone,

Thanks very much for everyone's efforts to get releases out for RC2 - I'm
especially thankful because I'm on the other side of the country at
linux.conf.au, so I don't have as much time to bug you all. :-) 2.2 is going
to be a great release, I can taste it!
