No, everything will be back in gnome-themes for the final 2.2 release
AFAIK.  There was some last-minute discussion about whether the
accessibility themes should live in their own module, which briefly
spawned gnome-desktop-themes, but it sounds like everyone has agreed to
merge everything again for the time being....
