Force Quit button

Hey,
	I've just added a "Force Quit" button to gnome-panel HEAD[1]. Its
basically just a nicer version of an xkill launcher.

	The rationale behind this is that although the wm spec gives us enough
info to be sure when an app isn't responding, any app that supports the
WM_DELETE protocol but not _NET_WM_PING can hang and the user is left
with no way of killing it off.

	As Havoc says though, xkill isn't much use for locked up apps as it
only disconnects the app from the X server.
