Yet another patch to add drop shadow to gtk 2.2 menus

Hi all,

I've reworked Iain's patch posted here last february and came up with a
new one that works pretty well (for me at least) for and looks fairly
nice IMHO.

You'll find the patch, screenshot and instruction for applying the
patch here:

I hope you'll like it... If there is already a better patch for this,
well, sorry. If you don't like it, please disregard :)
