gnome-desktop still with a bug (was Re: gnome-panel, gnome-session and gnome-desktop 2.4.1)

...and it still mixes sr Latn and sr translations, based on "last  
overrides the first" criteria. The same would happen for Uzbekistani  
translations, though there are few of those so far.

Also, FreeDesktop specs[1] seems to be updated as of 0.9.4.

There's a patch attached to bug 122935[2] that removes the undesired  
behavior.
