Norwegian was missing (was Re: Weekly translation status update)

Ok, I'm ashamed that I allowed the Norwegian to slip by. It's also  
supported, and thanks to Christian Fredrik Kalager Schaller for  
spotting the ommission.

Because of the omission, it gets it's unique "�this time, to  
compensate for the grief and pain Norwegian users and translators  
suffered.

So, here's the diff.
