Hi Shmyrev,

I am working on the Synaptic package manager and currently we use zvt
for the handling of the apt terminal in Debian. Because of some
imperfections of zvt we would like to switch to vte for the terminal
stuff. But we need the vte_terminal_forkpty patch that you have
mentioned in the patch appended to your last email.

So we would really appreciate to see a new release of vte that includes
this patch in the near future.
