If there's no bindtextdomain("filesystem", SOMEPATH), with SOMEPATH
commonly passed via -D CFLAGS, then it should probably be in the
system default:
/usr/share/locale/<lang>/LC_MESSAGES/filesystem.mo.
Of course, it should be a MO file instead of the PO, gotten with
msgfmt.
