I'll go ahead and make this change this evening; we've been meaning to
do it for a while now. Unless I get screams of pain from Usability
folks, I'll move the "Move Window Left/Right/Up/Down" to
<Ctrl><Shift><Alt> left/right/up/down by default, rather than disabling
it completely. Of course, these keybindings will remain configurable in
the control center applet.
