If by a11y tools you mean gnopernicus and gok, there was a bit of
an issue to do with which strings in one of those were necessary,
I think. It was a gigantic po file (900+ strings!) with a lot of 
terminology which was technical. The po file changed a lot too.

I know we left it until the end in order to give the strings a
chance to settle down. Perhaps others did too, and just didn't
have a chance to finish it before release.
