UI-Review of gpdf Summary

The weekend came fast and has me sending this a little late, but it's
here none the less.

A short summary of the ui-review of gpdf for those who weren't there and
those who were.  Thanks to everyone involved, we had a really successful
review session.

Areas of change:
   General
	Page fit as a settings that is kept in GConf

   Outline Page View
	Layout and thumbnailing
	Navigation of pages

   Fullscreen Mode
	Navigation of fullscreen pages
	Exit button
	Zoom controls

   Viewing PDFs generated by OO.o and some others
	Martin has probably already made blazing progress on this
		- thanks to Owen here as well.
