(This is my analysis of the documentation, wearing my GDP FL hat.  This
is not my opinion of the program or its appropriateness for inclusion in
the Gnome desktop.)

There seems to have been some effort to produce g-s-t documentation
since the initial proposal.  However, a lot more work needs to be done
to get really good docs.  Most of these tools deal with things most
users don't fully understand, and some explanation of what they're
actually dealing with is essential.

Documenting system tools well is a tough task.  As long as we leave it
up to vendors to produce system tools, we can leave it up to vendors to
document system tools.  If we're to start providing system tools with
Gnome, we need to make a very serious effort to document them well.
