I don't think that is right, idealy for the average user we should
present a couple knobs that adjust the colours of the theme. Users that
really want to tinker with themes will just have to deal with the extra
hurdle of unpacking and then repacking the theme, which could be made
arbitrarily small with the aid of helper programs.
