The new laptops I've played with lack the cable and the ability to add
it. The desktops from Dell, Sony and others all do not have it. It costs
money, it's a pain to fit and that big company in Seattle doesn't need
it any more. It's long gone. In fact your best bet of finding one *is*
your garage built PC.

This is a regular newbie question I meet. Up there with the dreaded "my
PCI modem..."
