After reading Matthias' comment, I agree that going with something like
this is better. Have a first step where we report and fix the critical
warnings without forcing everyone to do so, and then put this flag so we
detect unnoticed or new critical warnings.

We'll need to address the critical warnings one day. They are bugs and
potential crashers and we'll lose time with not-really-useful bug
reports because of them. We need to fix them.
