Do KDE and other toolkits support ANI by default? I would much rather
push to get APNG as a standard, and implemented everywhere, though. This
way it will at least display the first frame for implementations that
support PNG but not APNG, rather than nothing at all. However, I just
decided to advise the large-PNG-of-frames method in the Naming Spec, as
GNOME and KDE both already use it.
