Proposal for LAT inclusion in GNOME 2.18

I would like to propose LAT 1.2.x for inclusion in GNOME, specifically
to the Admin Suite.

LAT stands for LDAP Administration Tool. It allows you to browse
LDAP-based directories and add/edit/delete entries contained within. It
can store profiles for quick access to different servers. There are also
different views available such as Users, Groups, Contacts, and Hosts
which allow you to easily manage objects without having to deal with the
intricacies of LDAP.

Features include:

    * User, Group Contact Computer views
    * Directory browser
    * Schema browser
    * LDIF imports and exports
    * Samba and Active Directory support
    * Mass-edit support
    * Avahi support
    * NetworkManager support
    * Integration with GNOME
	- Drag and Drop imports and exports
	- GNOME keyring support
	- Help manual
	- HIG compliant (trying to be anyway)

It plugin based so you create your own views and/or attribute viewers
too.

I'm trying to wrap up the 1.1.x development cycle and just released
1.1.90 yesterday. I'm proposing this now because I figure it will be
easier to make any required changes.

Comments/suggestions are welcome.
