the new URI would be:

  http://svn.gnome.org/viewcvs/*checkout*/orca/trunk/docs/doc-set/orca.html

but, as the page says, the checkout view has been disabled. so you'll
have to open a bug about it, or ask the svnmaster to enable it back.
