"Developer or Bindings platforms" is that what we call them?  I had
"Platform or Binding sets" in mind.

Updating jhbuild has been easy enough, but I have no idea about GARNOME.
Can't the people responsible for those two just subscribe to the wiki
and get notified automatically?

I don't think it should be too hard to either file a bug in bugzilla
or find the appropriate people in IRC.  It's also a safety valve; the
GARNOME folks are usually the most on top of nasty build issues and by
making people notify them, the GARNOME folks will get a chance to warn
people of possible issues (or at least know who was responsible when
it breaks later).  ;-)
