Just so it's clear that people have seen that email, but mostly lack
the time to take on that responsibility, I'll point out:

  http://live.gnome.org/GnomeDocUtilsMigrationHowTo

which should help in migration, and anyone who carries it out should
be able to tell us if the docs are lacking.  Anyone on #docs will be
happy to help with minor issues that may come up in the migration.
