Interesting...it appears there may be a bug in evolution, or Harish's
mail server.  Harish did send an email, and it looks like it was
supposed to go to all the appropriate lists (d-d-l, r-t, g-i18n,
g-d-l), but it only made it to r-t.  See

(I don't know the answer to your real question, so hopefully someone
