In the keyboard capplet it would be good to add on the Layouts tab the
option to configure the keyboard shortcut used to switch between
layouts. Currently this option is located in the Layout Options tab,
inside Group Shift/Lock behaviour, towards the end of the list.

I propose to use the real estate under the Remove, Add buttons shown at
http://ultimum-projekt.de/mockups/keyboard-2.png

It should show something like

Switch layout with [ Alt-Shift ] [Change...]

where [Change] is a button to a new dialog box showing potential
keyboard shortcuts to switch language.

The new dialog box should have the content of the Group shift/Lock
behaviour.
