If you're referring to the gui screenshots of the original ubuntu spec, those were just mock-ups >from the author to help illustrate the different features. The current preferences dialog looks very
different and has much less options. It should be HIG conform.

One idea here would be to hook into gnome-mouse-properties and add an Accessibility tab if mousetweaks is installed and Assistive Tech is enabled. I'm not sure though if this is possible
without patching gnome-mouse-properties.

I'm very sure it's not possible without patching gnome-mouse-properties,
but, you know, we can do that ;-)
