I agree about the strong a11y foundation being the necessary start, butWebKit might save work down the road by planning for ARIA now.

Victor, I don't understand your comment about the UI interaction model.I think that affects things on the AT end but not so much how ARIA isexposed via ATK/AT-SPI?
