We've decided to move the gnomeprint and panelapplet bindings to
gnome-desktop-sharp as optional dependencies.  I've done the work to
remove them from gnome-sharp, but I can't really commit it and do any
releases until I get the bindings ported to gnome-desktop-sharp. 

The ironic part is that since I was going through the effort, I decided
to update all the gnome-sharp library APIs to the latest development
versions and there will be zero API change for gnome-sharp users other
than the removal of this API.  

It will be interesting to see if anything new has been added to the
gnome-desktop-sharp libraries.  I "invested" about 4 hours one night
last week playing nanny to a garnome build for one of the 2.23 releases
before getting frustrated enough to walk away from my computer.  

What's the drop-dead date for completing this?
