libwnck is a library living in the desktop set. It will never enter the
platform (it doesn't make sense), so it could well be GPL. Another
example is gtksourceview, which is GPL, I believe. The policy is to have
our platform LGPL, not the desktop.

That being said, for something like libempathy, it could make sense to
have this in the platform, so having it LGPL is important.

(and nobody is talking about dropping our policies just to get empathy
in the desktop)
