Both versions are parallel installable. This is only useful for 
developers though. Why would you want two indexers on your machine 
running at the same time?

Somethings are not renamed like tracker-preferences and other UI apps, 
but to be honest, if you want to test this properly you should probably 
use a separate prefix.

I think the only things that don't work in the same prefix are:

- tracker-* UI apps
- tracker-* utils (like tracker-stats)
- man pages
- the icons
